Please note that you are responsible for calling your insurance company to understand your mental health benefits and will be responsible for the full fee of any service provided that is not covered by your insurance. You are responsible for paying any deductible, co-payment or co-insurance directly to Dr. Ritterspach.

You are also responsible for obtaining any required pre-authorization for services and providing Dr. Ritterspach with any necessary paperwork.
