Grief and Loss

Everyone is eventually confronted with the loss of someone or something about which they care deeply. The resulting pain and sadness can be overwhelming.

Recovery from loss is a process of accepting the changes that have occurred, processing the feelings that result, and engaging the present moment toward the life you want to be living. This is a very difficult and painful process, but one that can be successfully accomplished. We will identify where you are in the grief process and engage in exercises that help you move forward to the live you would like to be living, while honoring the loss you have experienced.
